The Physical Therapist (PT) provides a full range of physical therapy services, including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions within an interdisciplinary environment, adhering to professional standards and ethical practices. Licenses and Certifications:
Must hold and maintain a current, valid state PT license or certification. CPR certification is preferred. Qualifications: Education:
Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program Experience:
0-1 years Roles and Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients’ physical conditions and rehabilitation needs. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, including exercises, manual therapy, and modalities. Educate patients and families on exercises, posture, and strategies for managing their condition. Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in compliance with policies and regulations. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
