As the need for mental health professionals continues to grow, Amery Hospital & Clinic is looking for an Outpatient Clinical Therapist to join our Behavioral Health team.
Our current behavioral health department includes a 10-bed secure adult inpatient unit, intensive outpatient therapy services, traditional outpatient therapy services, alcohol and substance abuse programs, and a primary integration program with a Clinical Therapist co-located in our primary health clinic.
As an Outpatient Clinical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing direct clinical therapy services to patients and their families as part of the multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities include completing Psychosocial Assessments, conducting group and individual therapies, facilitating family therapies, and conducting IOP group and individual therapies based on patient needs. The role involves developing, implementing, and reviewing treatment plans. Candidates must have experience working with clients of all ages, especially youth. Experience in EMDR, DBT, ACT, and/or TF-CBT is strongly preferred.
Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, daytime hours
Post-training and orientation, the position may be hybrid, with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote
80 hours in a two-week pay period
Required Qualifications:
Masters or Doctorate degree from an accredited university
Current WI licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, or Psychologist. Candidates with Qualified Treatment Trainee status may also be considered with supervision hours offered.
Two years of directly related experience preferred. Keyboarding skills and computer knowledge are necessary.

Experience with the EPIC computer system
