Position: Part-Time/PRN Pediatric Physical Therapist

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled

Pediatric Physical Therapist

to join our multidisciplinary team on a part-time or PRN basis. This role is perfect for a licensed physical therapist who is passionate about working with children and families to promote developmental progress and improve functional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' functional levels. Develop individualized treatment plans and implement therapy programs tailored to each child's needs. Provide home exercise programs (HEP) and train families on how to support their child's progress. Recommend durable medical equipment (DME) to support mobility and independence. Monitor and document patient progress in compliance with state regulations, clinic policies, and reimbursement standards. Collaborate with other team members and families to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to care. Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and physical therapy students, as needed.

Qualifications

Graduate degree from an accredited university (Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy). Active state license to practice as a Physical Therapist. Pediatric experience preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate. Continuing Education Units (CEUs) to maintain licensure as required by the state. Excellent interpersonal skills, creativity, and a genuine love of working with children.

Schedule

Flexible part-time or PRN hours based on patient needs and your availability.
