AMG Specialty Hospital is a 165‑bed long‑term acute care facility located on the 3rd floor of Hancock Regional Hospital in Greenfield, IN. The hospital is part of the AMG Integrated Healthcare Management Hospital System, a top‑five post‑acute care system. Charge Nurses supervise patient care activities performed by RNs, LPNs, and CNAs. Key duties include: Communicating with physicians, CCO/CEO staff, and interdisciplinary teams about patient status and changes in clinical condition. Responding promptly and accurately to changes in patient condition or treatment response. Providing direct patient care as needed based on staffing and acuity, including ventilated patients, sedation/pain management, pressor support, anti‑arrhythmic therapy, complex infections, and chronic wounds. Fostering a positive work environment and maintaining patient safety and quality of care. Ensuring accurate documentation and updates to charts and hand‑off reports. Qualifications
Current Indiana Registered Nurse (RN) licensure. Current BLS and ACLS certifications. Minimum two years of ICU experience. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Benefits
