Interventional Radiology (IR) Technologists
to join our world-class team. UVA Interventional Radiology and Neuroradiology are renowned for excellent physicians and extraordinarily skilled technologists, part of the strong team providing top patient care and cutting-edge research. IR Technologists at UVA play a central role in diagnosing and treating congenital and acquired organ and vascular diseases. You will perform routine through complex diagnostic and therapeutic procedures within the Angio-Interventional Radiology and/or Neuroradiology services. Regularly recognized as Virginia’s No. 1 hospital, UVA Medical Center is a 696-bed academic hospital in Charlottesville, Virginia, that includes a Level 1 Trauma Center, UVA Children’s Hospital, UVA Cancer Center, and extensive specialty and primary care clinics. Starting
above $35/hour
for early-career technologists, with higher rates commensurate with experience and training. UVA Health also offers excellent benefits, a signing bonus, and robust professional development. Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited program in Radiography required; Associate degree in Radiography preferred; must be eligible for ARRT (VI) certification. Interventional Radiology experience required; two years preferred. Registered Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) certification required; ARRT (VI) certification required within one year of hire. American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. To Apply
