Illinois: Elmhurst, Oak Lawn, Markham, Chicago (Medical District & North District), Des Plaines, Green Oaks, Schaumburg, Aurora, Elgin, Cary, Joliet, Evanston, Rockford, Grayslake Indiana: Highland, Merriville, Portage Wisconsin: Oshkosh, Kaukauna, Fond du Lac, Oak Creek, Mount Pleasant, Menomonee Falls, Kenosha, Green Bay, Milwaukee, Janesville, Elkhorn Company History
Founded in 1959, Superior Ambulance Service began with one ambulance and now operates the largest independent EMS provider in the Midwest. We employ over 3,500 licensed EMTs, Paramedics, and Nurses and maintain a fleet of more than 800 ambulances across Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, and Wisconsin, including critical care, helicopter, and fixed‑wing transportation. Responsibilities
Provide patient care as trained for EMT or Paramedic roles. Transport patients safely, using accurate navigation skills. Assess patients and communicate conditions to medical professionals. Document patient conditions, medical history, and treatments in written reports. Maintain vehicle cleanliness and monitor fluid levels and gauges. Qualifications
NREMT/NREMT‑P or current state license (or pending). Ability to provide medical care at the EMT or Paramedic level while safely transporting patients. Valid driver’s license, satisfactory driving record, and safe vehicle operation in all conditions. Pass pre‑employment interview, physical, lifting exam, drug screen, and background check. Attend company‑provided training and driving course. Willingness to relocate. Benefits
