What You’ll Be Doing:
Designing power supply circuits and systems according to project requirements.
Performing the design, simulation and verification of a circuit card assembly (CCA) and managing the requirements with the applicable tool.
Preparing the necessary documentation for product development and certifications.
Testing and integration of the circuit card assemblies installed in chassis.
Providing technical leadership and mentoring to your team.
Tackling hands‑on design challenges and delivering high‑quality solutions.
Providing technical support for power supply issues during product manufacturing and assembly.
Working with cross‑functional teams to understand power requirements.
Mentoring junior engineers.
Your Superpowers:
EMI mitigation and power integrity analysis.
PCB component selection.
Power regulation and voltage drop analysis.
Built‑in‑test (BIT) implementation and more!
What We’re Looking For:
A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, Electronics Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
10+ years of experience in electronic design.
Proven expertise in electronic product development.
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
A lean mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
This role requires use of technical data subject to U.S. Government contract restrictions and U.S. citizenship.
Bonus Points For:
A Master’s degree in engineering.
Experience in complex avionics systems development.
Cross‑domain expertise in electronic design, custom logic design, and software development.
Direct customer engagement experience.
Knowledge of EMC, thermal testing, and product qualification.
Compensation and Benefits: The base pay range for this position is $121,500.00 - $162,100.00. The position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of base salary.
