Variable The Radiologic Technologist performs mammographic/radiographic procedures at a technical level not requiring constant supervision of technical detail. This individual performs general radiographic, fluoroscopic and portable procedures as assigned. The Radiologic Technologist performs procedures that will require independent judgment with ingenuity and initiative to apply prescribed ionizing radiation for radiographic diagnosis. He/she assumes responsibility for designated areas or procedures as required and provides appropriate age-specific care to neonate, infant, child, adolescent, adult and geriatric patient populations.
