We are seeking a dynamic Emergency Room RN to join our team. The role involves providing nursing care for patients ranging from minor injuries to critically ill. You will work collaboratively to deliver excellent patient care, managing multiple cases, and coordinating with physicians and hospital staff. Triage, assess, and treat patients of all ages Develop and implement individualized care plans Manage multiple cases and prioritize needs Provide follow-up care instructions and referrals Coordinate with medical staff ensuring patient safety and care quality Job Requirements:
At least 1 year of recent acute care RN experience Florida RN license or ability to obtain one prior to start Associate Degree or RN Diploma BLS certification before employment start Nonviolent Crisis Intervention certification within 90 days ACLS and PALS certifications within 90 days About Generis Tek:
