Responsibilities include prevention, evaluation, management, and rehabilitation of injuries within the sports medicine program. The role adheres to all relevant federal, state, NATA, BOC, and NAIA standards and regulations. Job Responsibilities
Prevent athletic injuries and illnesses Evaluate athletic injuries Treat athletic injuries Provide counseling and education to student athletes Perform athletic training administrative duties Coordinate and schedule medical coverage for competitions Supervise, educate, and recruit student and graduate assistant athletic trainers Maintain records and documentation Collaborate with doctors and health professionals to deliver athlete care Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree 1 to 3 years of experience in a collegiate setting Certification by the NATA Board of Certification Licensure in Tennessee Additional Details
