Coalesce Management Consulting is partnering with renewable energy developers delivering large-scale Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) and hybrid solar projects across

Nevada.

We are currently working with a Developer on large BESS project who are looking for a Construction Manager, you’ll ensure EPC and subcontractor work aligns with project goals, safety standards, and technical specifications — supporting projects from the construction phase through to commissioning.

Requirements Overview – What You’ll Be Doing

Serve as the developer’s on-site representative, managing EPCs and subcontractors to ensure timely, safe, and high-quality project delivery.

Monitor project progress, adherence to schedule, budget, and technical scope.

Conduct regular site visits, track milestones, and report status to the developer’s project management team.

Review construction documentation, QA/QC records, and ensure readiness for commissioning and energization.

Support permitting compliance, risk management, and closeout documentation for the developer.

Lead site coordination meetings and communicate effectively between the developer, EPC, and subcontractors.

Identify and resolve site issues, escalations, or delays to maintain project momentum.

Promote a culture of safety, quality, and accountability on all projects.

Preferred Background

Strong understanding of EPC oversight and subcontractor management.

Familiarity with energy storage systems, inverters, transformers, and grid interconnection requirements.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.

Degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline preferred.

Willingness to travel to multiple project sites across Texas.
