Responsibilities
General – work with cost and contract management team to manage contracts and project financial reporting and provide detailed technical support to the development, design and construction teams to facilitate the management of project financial information. Learn – learn cost management systems, processes and responsibilities. Estimates – assist development, design and construction teams to develop estimates. Budgets – maintain a understanding of the project’s hard and soft cost budget. Procurement – assist procurement team to verify bid package budgets. Contracts – assist in making sure contracts have met quality control standards prior to execution. Change Events – assist in managing the project’s change events log for hard and soft costs. Financial Reporting – work with cost and contract team on project weekly and monthly reporting, including internal reporting to upper management and external reporting to partners and tenants. Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in construction management. Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management. A master’s level degree in construction management is acceptable if accompanied by a bachelor’s degree in an undergraduate field. Benefits
