Electrical Trade Foreman – Naval Submarine Station Kings Bay, GA The Electrical Trade Foreman will supervise and coordinate assigned construction crews on project sites to safely produce quality work within project requirements, budget, schedule, and RQ's mission and values (Safety, Ethics, Innovation, People, Teamwork, Discipline).
Pay:
$40.00–$45.00 per hour, DOE.

Information Management:
Obtain and verify data from relevant sources, including subcontractors and project engineers.
Decision Making & Problem Solving:
Analyze information and evaluate results to select best solutions for project issues.
Planning & Organization:
Develop specific goals and schedules to prioritize and complete work efficiently.
Communication & Coordination:
Provide information to supervisors, co‑workers, subordinates, and external stakeholders via in‑person, phone, email, or written correspondence.
Team Leadership:
Coordinate crew members to accomplish daily and long‑term project objectives.
Scheduling & Resource Management:
Manage labor, materials, and time to ensure project milestones are achieved.
Safety & Quality Control:
Identify hazards, inspect work progress, and ensure compliance with all specifications, laws, and RQ safety procedures.
Interpersonal Effectiveness:
Build and maintain cooperative working relationships with team members, subcontractors, and clients.
Education & Experience
High school diploma or GED required; college coursework in construction management or engineering preferred.
Minimum 2 years of experience supervising electrical trades on medium or large projects.
Minimum 3 years of field or trade construction experience; government, military, or large commercial project experience preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook required; training available for Primavera, Oracle, BIM, and Revit/Autodesk.
CPR, First Aid, OSHA 30‑hour, EM‑385, and STS certifications required.
