The Proposal Coordinator enforces corporate branding standards at all times and protects the branding requirements of our partners and subcontractors. The Proposal Coordinator works with our marketing, estimating and construction operations teams to produce qualifications, proposals and presentations to support the pursuit of new work opportunities. In this role you will have the opportunity to learn about the exciting projects Skanska builds and the people who make them happen. Skanska has a strong, internationally recognized brand, that you will play a key part in promoting and protecting.

Qualifications

Proven ability to use desktop publishing, presentation and other marketing related software, especially Adobe CC, including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop, Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, SharePoint, FTP sites and marketing‑related applications. InDesign, Adobe Pro and Word are especially important.

Basic understanding of construction and/or engineering industry and ability to learn new construction and engineering concepts presented during pursuits.

3+ years of prior marketing experience in construction and/or engineering industry in similar capacity.

3+ years of strong writing skills including an understanding of the elements of style and English grammar.

Experience with design‑build and alternate project delivery method proposals.

Experience with technical writing in an engineering environment desired.

Familiarity with data management systems such as Salesforce and Cosential desired.

4‑year business or technical degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in the construction and/or engineering industry with a similar high‑volume environment.
