West Bend Homes is seeking an experienced

Construction Superintendent

to oversee day-to-day operations on residential construction sites. You will be responsible for ensuring that all work meets our high standards for quality, safety, and craftsmanship. This role is perfect for a hands‑on leader who thrives in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment and has a strong understanding of Minnesota’s building codes and construction practices. Responsibilities

Supervise on‑site residential construction activities from start to finish Read and interpret construction documents, blueprints, and project specifications Schedule and coordinate subcontractors, materials, and inspections Monitor project budgets and timelines, reporting progress to the Construction Management Ensure job site safety, cleanliness, and code compliance Maintain detailed job logs, punch lists, and daily site reports Complete warranty walkthroughs at 10 months and coordinate follow‑up Build positive relationships with homeowners, trade partners, co‑workers, and vendors Uphold company standards for quality workmanship and customer satisfaction Complete meetings with design, sales or homeowner as needed for homes with specific needs or design options or review design details Qualifications

3–5 years of experience as a superintendent in residential construction (remodeling or new builds) Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and local building codes Ability to manage multiple projects and subcontractors simultaneously Strong organizational and communication skills between subcontractors/vendors, co‑workers, and clients Proficient with computer software (e.g., Excel, or similar), spreadsheets, and mobile tools High school diploma or GED required; technical training or construction‑related degree is a plus Valid driver’s license required Physical Requirements

Ability to work outdoors year‑round at active construction sites Ability to kneel, stoop, climb ladders, crawl/crouch to access work areas Occasional lifting and/or moving of objects up to 50 lbs Comfortable performing occasional light carpentry tasks as needed Benefits
