Negotiating contracts with installation contractors and handling field orders. Overseeing projects involving equipment such as robots, jig machines, transfer systems, conveyors, HVAC, lighting, and utility systems. Creating machine specifications and managing project work with vendors and contractors. Managing general contractors, subcontractors, inspection agencies, budgets, and schedules. Coordinating activities across various organizations to ensure project success. Administering contracts, conducting onsite inspections, and monitoring compliance. Reporting project status, safety, schedule, and budget updates to TMNA management. This position is home-based in Princeton, Indiana, with travel to other North American facilities as needed. Qualifications include experience in construction trades, project management, creating machine specs, and equipment procurement. Skills in AutoCAD, MS Office, problem-solving, and safety are required. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and off-shifts is necessary. Additional requirements: Safety management experience, problem-solving, time management, and technical communication skills. Previous automotive safety or construction experience preferred. Electrical background is beneficial. Work authorization: Green Card or US Citizen. Travel required: 25% or less. Shift: 9 AM to 5 PM. Seniority level
