Electronics Technician 4

to join our

Security and Electronic Systems (SES)

business unit. As part of

SES , you will be involved in designing, engineering, integrating, operating, and maintaining electronic security services including intrusion detection, access control, biometric authentication, video surveillance, audio-visual systems, IT systems, perimeter defense, and command and control systems for federal, local, and commercial customers across high-growth markets. Responsibilities Install and maintain electronic security systems, perform preventive maintenance, inspections, evaluations, and inventory management. Lead teams on large, complex installation projects with limited supervision. Conduct and document daily toolbox talks, ORM, and safety audits. Install and maintain equipment locally and globally per design packages. Program and install head-end equipment for access control, intrusion detection, and CCTV systems. Troubleshoot and isolate system and hardware issues locally and globally. Lead on-site software commissioning and testing. Perform inspections, evaluations, and inventory, create take-off project drawings, document and track RFIs, and provide design feedback. Document daily reports and project progress, communicate issues to management, and create/manage project schedules. Integrate IDS, ACS, and CCTV systems, forecast and manage labor hours, and mentor technicians. Qualifications Clearance/Citizen Type:

Applicants must undergo a government security investigation and meet eligibility requirements, including U.S. Citizenship.

ACTIVE TS/SCI w/ POLY is REQUIRED Key Requirements: Valid driver's license; may require use of a company vehicle. Acceptable driving record. Education: HS diploma or GED, Military Electronics Training (min 720 hours), graduation from an accredited Electronics Technician or Electrical Apprenticeship program, or equivalent experience. Experience: 8+ years in electronics installation/maintenance, with at least 3 years focused on electronic security systems. Strong communication, teamwork, organization, and technical skills. Willingness to travel up to 50%. Preferred Qualifications: Vendor certifications in IDS, ACS, CCTV systems (e.g., CCURE, Lenel, Bosch, etc.) and experience with Windows OS.
