A leading Texas-based general contractor is seeking an experienced
Project Manager
to oversee a
large ground-up hospital campus
in the Dallas area. This is an opportunity to join a builder known for delivering complex healthcare and institutional projects with integrity, technical expertise, and collaboration at every level. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in healthcare construction and a proven ability to lead large, multi-phase projects from preconstruction through closeout. Key Responsibilities
Lead all phases of the upcoming hospital campus project, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence. Manage budgets, contracts, and project documentation, maintaining accountability throughout all phases. Serve as the primary liaison between the owner, design team, and field operations. Oversee submittals, RFIs, change orders, and pay applications. Coordinate with field leadership to ensure successful project delivery and adherence to client expectations. Mentor and develop assistant project managers and project engineers. Proactively identify risks and implement solutions to maintain project profitability and client satisfaction. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field required. 7+ years of experience managing large commercial projects —
healthcare or hospital construction required . Proven experience leading ground-up healthcare facilities or similar complex building types. Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, MEP coordination, and phasing in active healthcare environments. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project. OSHA 30 certification preferred. What You’ll Get
