paid in 3 installments ($500 at 30 days, $500 at 90 days, and $1000 at 12 months) Starting wage range (based on skills)
$30.75/$35.88/$41
per hour with increase 1/1/2026 Shift Swing (2 pm - 12:30 am) Work schedule will have 2 or 3 days off per week Shift differential pay from 3:30 pm - 4:30 am Annual Pay for Performance incentive bonus Unionized workforce Excellent benefits package Responsibilities
Troubleshoot mechanical breakdowns in manufacturing production equipment Rapidly assess, analyze, and resolve complicated problems with little initial information or direction and with varying degrees of ambiguity Competent in electrical troubleshooting, equipment repair, preventative and predictive maintenance in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment Communicate and work as a team with other key personnel within the operation Follow personal safety, food safety, and environmental standards; adhere to maintenance processes and uphold plant technical standards; ensure compliance with all federal, state, local and company regulations Qualifications
High School diploma or GED 2-4 years of maintenance experience in a food production/manufacturing environment, repairing and troubleshooting mechanical issues on packaging and/or filling equipment and other food processing equipment Experience with high speed production equipment; Evergreen packaging experience is a plus; dairy, food and beverage industry maintenance experience strongly desired Experience in PLC, instrumentation, pumps, mechanical, pneumatic, motors, electrical, hydraulic, lubrication, HVAC, refrigeration, freezers, compressors, utilities, boilers and ammonia-based systems About us
