We're hiring experienced Stainless Steel Structural Welders (Flux-Core Process) for long term, nationwide turnaround work. If you're dependable, driven, and ready to get paid to travel, read on. Fair Pay - $25/hour + $15/hour paid while you travel time to the project The Job You'll travel across the U.S. to power plant sites, welding stainless steel structural components using the Flux-Core process (309 wire on 1/2" carbon plate). You'll read and work from detailed blueprints, and perform 2G, 3G, and 4G welds in all positions, including overhead and vertical, in high-pressure, physically demanding environments like boilers and scaffolding systems. What We're Looking For 3+ years of industrial welding experience Ability to pass bend-tested welds: 2G, 3G, and 4G (Flux-Core, 309 wire) Comfortable working at heights and in tight, hot spaces Willing to travel continuously nationwide Must be 21+ with a valid ID and clean background (no felonies in the last 7 years) Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen Strong work ethic, blueprint reading skills, and commitment to safety Paid airfare + hotel accommodations Rental car provided (must have a valid driver's license) Paid weld test upon successful completion Referral bonuses when your referrals get hired Full Benefits Package Includes: Safe Harbor 401(k) Life, AD&D, Short & Long-Term Disability options Quick, No-Nonsense Hiring Process Our application is simple and fast.
