Cape Fox subsidiary Mountain Point is seeking a skilled and motivated Electrician Technician to support operations at the Savannah Dissolved Oxygen facilities. This role is ideal for a technician with a strong background in troubleshooting, electrical installations, and control systems, particularly in commercial, and industrial environments.
Some travel may be required.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, fixtures, and control systems in accordance with NEC codes and facility specifications
Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues using diagnostic tools such as voltmeters, ohmmeters, and oscilloscopes
Assemble and wire control panels for industrial machinery and dissolved oxygen monitoring systems
Perform inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational standards
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to guide installations and repairs
Conduct preventive maintenance on motors, transformers, circuit breakers, and PLC cabinets
Collaborate with county inspectors and internal teams to ensure successful project completion and compliance
Support IT and automation teams with basic programming and schematic interpretation
Document work performed and communicate effectively with operations and maintenance teams
