The pay range for this position is between $17.00 and $19.00 per hour guaranteed based on experience, with flat rate earnings between $27 and $35.00 per hour. As an Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining guests’ vehicles. Starting from day one, you will participate in a comprehensive technician training program covering all aspects of your role and preparing you for advancement. You will be a vital team member performing repairs on guest vehicles, working together to deliver 5-star guest experiences, and ensuring safe, reliable transportation for our customers. Responsibilities Perform brakes, suspension, tire installation, scheduled maintenance, and other automotive repairs within your qualifications Obtain guest approval before performing work based on diagnosis; maintain a clean, organized work area Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and perform necessary repairs and maintenance Test drive guest vehicles and safely use shop trucks for inventory pickup as needed Collaborate with teammates and provide leadership to General Service Technicians Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications At least 2 years of automotive technician experience Valid Driver’s License Own basic automotive tools or participate in our tool purchase program Ability to work overhead, stand for extended periods, and lift up to 50 lbs. Guest and team-focused mindset Preferred Qualifications ASE certification in at least one of A1-A8 categories Technical school certificate or degree in automotive technology Additional Information
