with energy experience. Current projects include oil & natural gas, CO2, hydrogen, and RNG pipelines and facilities. The selected candidate will work to help build our business through industry contacts nationwide. The
Project Manager
will achieve business objectives by developing opportunities, executing project work, and ensuring financial and team success through schedule, cost, and quality leadership. In this role, the selected candidate will be expected to develop and demonstrate proficiency regarding the essential functions of the job found below. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Provide strategic leadership and direction for the Oil and Gas/Hydrocarbons Projects division, setting goals and objectives aligned with the company's overall vision and objectives. Lead the development and execution of project strategies, ensuring alignment with client expectations, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements. Serve as the primary liaison between the company and key clients, fostering strong relationships and identifying opportunities for business growth and expansion. Oversee the financial performance of projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation, to ensure profitability and success. Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the division, leveraging emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance project delivery and efficiency. Mentor and develop a high-performing team of project managers and engineers, promoting a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous learning. EDUCATION Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; Master's degree preferred. Professional Engineering or Survey license is a plus. EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; Master\'s degree preferred. Minimum of 12 years of experience in senior leadership roles within the oil and gas industry, with a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects. Extensive knowledge and expertise in pipeline and facility design, construction, and operations. Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to drive business growth and profitability. Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence.
