Electrical Maintenance Supervisor
Location: Petersburg, Virginia | Full-Time | Day Shift| Relocation Assistance within U.S.

We’re looking for an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to lead critical operations across utilities, cranes, mobile equipment, and our facility. This role is key to ensuring safety, reliability, and continuous improvement in our manufacturing processes.

What Your Purpose Will Be: To be successful in this role, you will be responsible for providing leadership, guidance and establishing a productive, high performing, and safety conscious working environment. The major role is to focus on all aspects related to safety, environmental, production, cost, quality, and people management.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and supervise maintenance operations across utilities, overhead cranes, mobile equipment, and building systems.
Drive predictive, preventive, and proactive maintenance strategies to reduce downtime and boost productivity.
Train and coach team members in troubleshooting, safety, and continuous improvement methodologies (5S, Kaizen, QIS, Six Sigma).
Collaborate with production teams to ensure seamless operations and equipment reliability.
Conduct performance audits, trend analysis, and implement corrective action plans.
Administer safety programs and emergency preparedness procedures.
Utilize Maintenance Management Software and CAD tools for planning and documentation.
Qualifications Required:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferred)
OR
7+ years of relevant electrical experience in lieu of a degree.
5–7 years of supervisory experience in a heavy manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of AC/DC systems, motors, transformers, and mechanical/electrical troubleshooting.
Experience with HVAC, baghouses, switch yards, and truck scale systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Project, and maintenance software tools.
A leadership mindset with a focus on safety, quality, and team development.
