Today, we specialize in producing a high volume of rapid-turnaround campaigns for the biggest direct-to-consumer brands, consistently outperforming industry standards across social media platforms. We're bootstrapped, profitable, and growing fast. Our cutting-edge, 55,000 square foot production facility features 25 versatile sets, from white cycloramas to fully-equipped kitchens and living rooms. Role Overview The Post-Production Supervisor is a dynamic leadership position reporting directly to the Director of Post-Production, serving as the critical link between senior leadership and our talented team of Lead Editors. This role focuses on cultivating management excellence through exceptional coaching and data-driven performance optimization. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership experience with a proven ability to elevate technically skilled professionals into confident, effective leaders.
You'll analyze team metrics, implement accountability systems, and drive continuous improvement in editor productivity while maintaining TubeScience's creative standards. Your impact will be measured by how effectively you elevate your team's leadership capabilities while enhancing our reputation for delivering high-quality, data-driven content at scale.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership Development:
Mentor Lead Editors to enhance their management capabilities, focusing on effective feedback, priority-setting, and team development strategies that inspire performance.
Performance Management:
Analyze editor ROI data to create targeted action plans for underperforming team members, implementing accountability systems that drive measurable improvement.
Team Growth:
Provide structured guidance to Lead Editors on fostering professional development within their teams while balancing creative excellence with operational efficiency.
Talent Acquisition:
Partner with the Director of Post-Production to evaluate candidates, conduct focused interviews, and create effective onboarding experiences that accelerate integration.

Identify workflow inefficiencies within editing teams and implement strategic solutions that improve productivity without compromising quality.
Cross-Functional Leadership:
Build effective partnerships with Post, Operations, and other departments to ensure seamless implementation of initiatives and workflows.
Strategic Communication:
Serve as a two-way communication channel — representing editing team needs to upper management while clearly translating company objectives and performance expectations to your team members.
Requirements
5+ years post-production experience with 2+ years in team leadership or management roles
Demonstrated excellence in developing leadership capabilities in others through coaching, feedback, and performance management
Strong analytical mindset with experience translating performance metrics into actionable improvement strategies

Track record implementing structured feedback processes and creating effective professional development plans
Solid post-production background with experience creating high-quality deliverables for premium platforms
