We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager to oversee department operations at our Ford and Toyota dealership. The ideal candidate will have previous management experience in a manager role and familiarity with Ford vehicles.
This individual will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, efficient workflow management, and the overall success of the department.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Management: Lead and supervise a team, set performance goals, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations. Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by maintaining high service standards, address customer concerns and inquiries promptly, and establish strong customer relationships. Workflow and Operations: Oversee daily operations, monitor processes to maximize efficiency, and implement policies and procedures. Quality Assurance: Uphold the highest standards of quality and stay updated with Ford and Toyota information and requirements. Financial Performance: Develop and execute strategies to achieve departmental financial objectives and monitor revenues, expenses, and profitability. Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records, generate reports on key performance indicators, and provide regular updates to dealership management. Qualifications:
Previous experience in a manager position Strong knowledge of automotive processes Familiarity with Ford vehicles is a plus.
