FIVE STAR STAFFING has an exciting opportunity for a hard-working MAINTENANCE TECH to join our team in the DFW AREA WE HAVE SEVERAL POSITIONS THAT START IMMEDIATELY! APARTMENT MAINTENANCE TECHS CERTIFIED AND NON-CERTIFIED Responsibilities
Complete work orders as assigned Provide routine maintenance to HVAC systems including repairs and preventative maintenance Apartment make-readies and turns Work closely with maintenance and office team to ensure the property is running smoothly Maintain property curb appeal Provide excellent customer service to residents Qualifications
