Avail Solar is hiring a Journeyman Electrician to install, maintain, and repair solar energy systems in Utah. Join a team focused on sustainability and growth. Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and repair solar energy systems in compliance with local and national electrical codes. Ensure all electrical work is performed safely and efficiently, meeting industry standards. Lead and mentor apprentice electricians, providing guidance on installations and troubleshooting. Collaborate with project managers and installation teams to ensure timely and quality project completion. Oversee material allocation for projects, ensuring teams have the necessary resources. Conduct system testing and inspections to confirm proper operation. Qualifications
Hold a valid Journeyman Electrician license (required). Experience with solar energy systems (preferred but not required). Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. Full mobility to work in various positions (stooping, standing, bending, kneeling, squatting). Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights of 20 feet or more. Comfort working outdoors in various weather conditions. Willingness to submit to a driving, drug, and criminal background check. Thrive in a fast-growing team of solar professionals. Salary
$75,000 – $100,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits
