Job Overview: As a Manufacturing Engineering Co-op in Victorville, CA at Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP), you will be part of the beverage revolution. This internship offers hands‑on learning alongside experienced engineers on real‑world projects that support our manufacturing, packaging, and sustainability goals.
Shift/Schedule:
Program run Jan 5 – May 22 2026
Full‑time; 40 hrs per week
Mon‑Fri 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
In‑person at Victorville, CA facility
As a Manufacturing Engineering Co‑op you will:
Assist with data collection, analysis, and reporting for ongoing engineering projects.
Support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety.
Participate in equipment troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis.
Help develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) and technical documentation.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including operations, maintenance, and quality.
Contribute to project planning, execution, and follow‑up activities.
Elements of the KDP Internship Program include:
Engage on innovative projects in a challenging, cross‑functional team environment.
Participate in meet‑and‑greets and lunch & learns with KDP executives and other organization leaders.
Receive professional development training such as networking, skills development, and presentation.
Be paired with a mentor to enhance your knowledge of other parts of the business and build your network.
Complete a project from start to finish and present it and your take‑aways to your team, department vice president, and other KDP stakeholders.
Total Rewards:
$31.00 /hr
Paid bi‑weekly
$5,000 sign‑on bonus, paid within first 30 days of employment
Requirements:
Undergraduate student currently enrolled full‑time in an accredited college or university, majoring in Supply Chain, Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
Available to work 40 hrs per week (Mon‑Fri, 8 am – 5 pm).
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize requests, and meet deadlines.
Strong communication skills including listening, written, and verbal abilities.
Ability to work cross‑functionally, be independently driven, and a self‑starter.
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, SAP, and PowerPoint.
This position is limited to persons with a permanent right to work in the United States.
