The Store Manager provides daily leadership to all store positions, including General Service Technicians, Technicians, Guest Care Specialists, and the Assistant Store Manager. Reporting to the District Manager, the Store Manager leads day-to-day operations, coaches and develops teammates, and promotes Monro’s vision of high-quality automotive service and tires in local communities. Compensation potential is 100K+ based on experience, with bonus opportunities, sales incentives, and regional contests. Responsibilities

Develop sales and technical teammates to deliver a consistent 5-star guest experience. Achieve sales goals by developing and implementing sales plans and maintaining thorough knowledge of services and products. Introduce tire and service products to guests to maximize sales and satisfaction. Train and develop teammates on shop operations and guest services to maintain a productive sales environment. Provide direction to technicians and assist with services/repairs as needed. Ensure the store is effectively staffed through recruiting, hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management. Control expenses through payroll, store maintenance, supplies, and other controllable costs. Manage inventory, including pulling tires/parts and stocking inventory. Audit courtesy inspections and maintain store condition per Monro standards. Schedule guest appointments and assign tasks according to skill level for timely completion. Inform and recommend tire and service products and promotions to meet sales goals. Address guest needs in sales, service, and adjustments; build relationships for loyalty and retention. Convey repair/service needs to guests and ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Complete required Monro University training modules and maintain technical proficiency; operate and maintain all equipment safely according to guidelines. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent. Demonstrated leadership experience in a retail/sales environment. Ability to manage, drive, and deliver financial results while controlling costs. Ability to influence and motivate a team to achieve goals; strong problem-solving and inventory management skills. Effective communication with teammates and guests. Completion of all Monro required training within guidelines and timing. Valid driver’s license and satisfactory MVR. Background checks may be conducted; decisions are based on the nature of the crime, its relation to the position, and applicable law. Work Environment & Benefits

Work in an automotive shop environment with moderate noise; exposure to chemicals, odors, dirt, and dust. Flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to work approximately 45 hours per week. Physical requirements: lift up to 50 lbs, standing and walking for long periods, multi-position movements.
