This full-time position is available to be filled remotely or in any of our offices with paid travel expenses and a per diem allowance for meals.
What you Need:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in engineering, land surveying, or related field
Experience: Minimum 5+ years relevant experience
Licensure: Current licensure as a Professional Land Surveyor
Software: Proficient in Power GEOPAK, Open Roads, and/or AutoDesk Civil3D
Safety: A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Travel: Willingness to travel within the United States to meet project requirements
Service Oriented: Maintain focus on project delivery and client service with attention to detail and meeting deadlines

What you can Add:
Experience: Specialized survey experience (Hydrographic, UAV Mapping, Mobile LIDAR, Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE), or other high-technology areas)
Licensure: Professional Land Surveyor licensure in additional States
Software: Strong familiarity with ArcGIS
What you will Do:
Coordinate and mentor field crews and office staff
Develop proposals and estimates for land surveying projects
Perform and check calculations including level circuit reduction, least squared and compass rule computations, and volume and area calculations
Conduct boundary research and prepare plats, plans, and legal boundary descriptions
Perform field surveys including hydrographic, topographic, control, and boundary surveys
Salary range $56,160-$156,000/year determined by education, experience, licensure, and KSAs of the applicant, as well as internal and external equity.
