A leading global technology company in the optical and medical device industry is seeking a Regional Demand Planner to join its APAC operations, headquartered in Singapore. This role plays a key part in regional demand planning, inventory optimization, and cross‑functional collaboration across multiple markets.
Lead monthly demand reviews and analyze market trends to forecast product needs
Align forecasts across countries, business units, and finance teams
Maintain accurate demand data and drive improvements in forecast accuracy
Identify risks in sales forecasts and budgets, and develop mitigation strategies
Manage inventory replenishment and ensure supply continuity across locations
Optimize stock levels while minimizing scrap and meeting service KPIs
Monitor forecast accuracy and service levels, driving continuous improvement
Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain teams to understand demand drivers
Support product lifecycle planning for the APAC region
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field
5+ years of end-to-end supply chain experience
Strong skills in demand forecasting, MRP systems, and SAP/S4 (preferred)
Experience in inventory optimization and cost‑saving strategies
Background in medical devices or similar industry is a plus
APICS certification preferred
