Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
3 year minimum experience in land development engineering and permitting, including water distribution, sanitary sewer, stormwater, paving and grading, and site layout and design.
Preparation of all associated calculations, reports, and spreadsheets.
Working on design teams in all aspects of a given project to develop detailed design documents for construction plans.
Experience researching codes and regulations, interpreting plans, and using AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Responsibilities
The design and permitting of multiple projects for large commercial clients throughout the nation.
Assisting in the management of a civil design team.
Coordinating and collaborating with other team members.
