Job Responsibilities Simulation for validation of recommended process changes Participate in Kaizen events and assist in implementing proposed improvements Assist in 5S activities to improve workflow and environment Participate in launch projects Maintain procedures and documents related to Industrial Engineering Review and validate standard work documentation, balance charts, capacity sheets, and contingency plans Develop and report on Industrial Engineering KPIs Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or related field 2-3 years of relevant manufacturing experience preferred Master’s degree is a plus Excellent communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Negotiation, planning, and leadership skills Additional Information Magna values diversity and is an equal opportunity employer.
