DAY IN THE LIFE As a Construction Design/Build Project Manager (DBM), every day brings a new lesson. You’ll gain exposure to the full lifecycle of a project while working alongside experienced professionals who are invested in your growth.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
Lead Every Facet of the Project - Take ownership from estimating to safety and proposal development.
Deliver Accurate Estimates - Prepare detailed project estimates.
Collaborate on Vision and Innovation - Work with clients and design teams.
Influence the Big Picture - Participate in proposal meetings.
Subcontractor Selection - Lead subcontractor selection and buyout.
Drive On-Site Communication - Facilitate bi-weekly site meetings.
Make Confident Decisions - Provide leadership under pressure.
Coordinate Multiple Parts - Keep projects aligned with scope, schedule, and budget.
Champion Quality - Maintain high standards and continuous improvement.
Transform Feedback - Use client input for better outcomes.
Lead with Integrity - Uphold our values and ensure client satisfaction.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Recent or upcoming completion of a relevant Civil, Mechanical, Architectural, Construction Management, Building Science, or Construction Engineering program.
Interest in design/build, tilt-up concrete, industrial builds, etc.
Construction experience preferred but not required.
GPA 3.0+ preferred.
Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Project.
Excellent communication, attention to detail, strong work ethic.
