To best serve our customers, we are expanding our presence within our field service area. This supports our mission to provide safe, high-quality service efficiently. As a Service Technician, you are a vital part of this mission. You will be close to your customers, servicing our products to ensure a great customer experience, reporting to the Service Manager. Perform routine preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair air compressors, dryers (regenerative and refrigerated), drains, controllers, low-pressure blowers. Set up, install, and pipe compressor systems. Learn and apply knowledge of VSDs, refrigeration, industrial networks, remote monitoring, and air audits. Pressure wash and clean the customer’s equipment pad, including skids, coolers, tanks, etc. Communicate with customers and the Service Manager about services performed, and present options for repairs, upgrades, or other needs. Complete all service documentation accurately, including reports, start-up forms, warranty, oil sample, and parts return forms. Attend training at our Air Academy and collaborate with Senior Service Technicians. Follow safety procedures and use personal protective equipment properly. Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer needs to meet expectations. Participate in a rotating 24/7/365 on-call schedule, with travel to customer locations, including out-of-town and overnight stays as needed. Undergo random drug testing. Qualifications
To succeed, you need: 1-2 years of technical experience in mechanical, maintenance, or electrical fields. Experience with industrial equipment maintenance, overhaul, and repair, including electrical, hydraulics, and pneumatics, is preferred. HVAC experience is a plus. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Customer-focused with a sense of ownership. Proficiency in using computers for work orders, parts ordering, and training. All basic tools required for the job. Willingness to travel occasionally to Rock Hill, SC for paid training. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work in industrial environments with temperature extremes, and perform physical tasks such as walking, reaching, bending, and kneeling. Basic mechanics and electrical knowledge is required. High School Diploma or equivalent; certifications like EPA are a plus. Valid driver’s license and fluency in English. What We Offer
