Is This You?
Do you have 2–3 years of hands‑on millwright or mechanical experience? Are you comfortable interpreting blueprints and turning them into precise action? Can you TIG, MIG, and arc weld to support installs and repairs? Will you travel to client sites during the week when projects require it? Are you willing to work overtime to meet deadlines? Can you lift up to 50 lbs and work in positions that require bending, kneeling, climbing, and standing for extended periods? Your Impact
Move, assemble, install, and align industrial machinery and equipment Perform industrial maintenance and repairs on process equipment, valves, and gearboxes Troubleshoot mechanical and technical issues using a logical, step‑by‑step approach with measurable data Work both independently and as part of a team to resolve complex problems Maintain strong personal safety and environmental awareness; properly wear PPE and respirators when needed Core Competencies
CNC Tooling Mechanical Troubleshooting Skills OSHA 10‑Hour Certification (OSHA 10) Mechanical Testing Machine Safety Inspections Blueprint Reading Equipment You Will Use
