Constellation Search Group is looking for a Senior Site/Civil Practice Leader for a full-time direct hire position. This role involves leading and supporting design, permitting, and client management for diverse land development projects. The individual will play a crucial role in expanding the Denver office and contributing to the growth of the Mountain Region Site/Civil discipline. Responsibilities:

Design and permit projects including residential, institutional, commercial centers, warehouse distribution centers, and mixed-use developments for public and private clients. Collaborate with firm leadership to develop growth plans and ensure staff utilization. Lead staffing and hiring efforts for the Denver office. Identify and pursue new client opportunities, develop additional work within existing projects, and attend business development meetings. Provide oversight and management of junior staff, coaching, training, and motivating Site/Civil team members. Lead site/civil efforts on various project sites, designing and overseeing site layout, grading, drainage, infrastructure, erosion and sediment control, from concept through completion. Conduct stormwater management design, hydrologic/hydraulic analysis, and design SWPPP preparation. Demonstrate expertise in land development engineering, integrating geotechnical and environmental elements. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. 15+ years of successful, local and related site/civil engineering experience with land development on projects of varying size. Professional Engineering license. Expertise in designing and overseeing site layout, grading, drainage, infrastructure, erosion and sediment control from concept to completion. Strong client development and management skills. Proficiency in AutoCAD or Civil 3D preferred. Active participation in professional organizations. Experience in technical and proposal writing. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical, multitasking, and judgment capabilities. Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment. Reliable transportation for client meetings and job site visits and a valid driver's license in good standing. Base pay range: $150,000.00/yr - $250,000.00/yr
