Field Service Technician
in Green Bay, WI. The company has over 100 years of experience as an authorized dealer of rental equipment, and power systems. They are specifically seeking candidates with U.S. military experience. Responsibilities
Diagnose construction equipment repair needs and perform repairs on customer or company-owned machines as directed. Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repairs. Conduct preventive maintenance and general machine upkeep. Detect faults using diagnostic laptops, gauges, and instruments across various systems including electronics, hydraulics, power train, and engines. Disassemble and reassemble machine components following manufacturer specifications using hand tools, pneumatic tools, and specialized tooling. Occasionally use basic welding equipment. Read and interpret manuals and work orders to perform maintenance and service tasks. Research repair needs and order parts as necessary. Load and unload equipment or components from vehicles. Comply with OSHA safety and health regulations. Qualifications
At least 4 years of U.S. military experience. Technical, vocational, or trade school education, or equivalent. 2-5 years of experience troubleshooting and repairing heavy equipment, including knowledge of mining equipment, systems, engines, and components. Experience diagnosing equipment using laptops, gauges, and instruments across various systems. Knowledge of basic tools and welding skills. Compensation
Pay range: $25.00/hr - $35.00/hr, based on skills and experience. The role is full-time, mid-senior level, within the manufacturing industry.
