Overview

Maintenance Supervisor, Multifamily at Cushman & Wakefield — Deerfield Townhomes. This role provides maintenance support and is accountable for delivering on commitments to residents, including quality move-in, resident satisfaction, quality and timely service, and personal attention to residents. The Maintenance Supervisor responds to resident service requests and helps Cushman & Wakefield deliver superior customer service. Responsibilities

Prepare all market-ready apartments, including painting, carpet cleaning/repair, general repairs, and housekeeping to ensure a quality product for residents. Complete resident service requests in a timely manner. Maintain knowledge of various maintenance functions including plumbing, pool maintenance, air conditioning, heating, carpentry, appliances, electrical, painting, caulking, snow removal, scheduling, and life safety issues. Maintain grounds, pools/hot tubs, common areas, and dog parks to keep them clean and safe. Performs on-call emergency procedures as required. Report maintenance issues affecting budget (life safety, vacant repairs, property damages, common area needs) to the property manager. Schedule and perform preventative maintenance and document such activities. Be knowledgeable of state, local, and federal housing laws, codes, policies, and systems regarding maintenance. Attend and participate in training programs as required by Cushman & Wakefield and local jurisdictions. Provide superior customer service and maintain a professional representation of the company at all times. Qualifications

High School Diploma, GED, or Vocational/Technical training. 3+ years of related experience. EPA 608 – Minimum Type II, or CPO, or local city required certificate. Valid Driver's License; ability to work any shift Sunday–Saturday to support business needs. Knowledge of safe use of cleaning agents and equipment; ability to perform basic math and interpret data (rates, ratios, percentages, bar graphs). CP0 if required by city or state; EPA 608 Type II; follow all safety policies. Certifications & Compliance

EPA 608 – Type II (minimum) CPO (where required by city/state) Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment and on-site at properties. Regular travel between properties in varying weather conditions may be required. Physical Demands

May stand or walk for extended periods; climb stairs/ladders/step stools; travel between buildings in varying outdoor conditions. May need to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally or frequently. Other Duties

Compensation for this role is $29.75 - $35.00 per hour and may vary by location, eligibility, and other factors.
