Kingdom Contracting . We are hiring an experienced General Electrical Superintendent to oversee all field operations for our growing electrical contracting company. This leadership role serves as the critical link between field crews and project management, ensuring quality workmanship, schedule compliance, and crew development.

Base Pay Range $100,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Supervise journeymen, foremen, and apprentices across multiple job sites.
Schedule and deploy crews according to project needs.
Conduct performance reviews, coaching, and training for field staff.
Enforce OSHA and company safety standards.
Assist with hiring and onboarding of new field employees.
Maintain daily presence across multiple active projects in the Denver metro area.
Serve as the primary point of contact with GC superintendents and project managers.
Coordinate project sequencing with other trades and attend daily/weekly GC meetings.
Resolve field issues and ensure projects remain on schedule.
Conduct jobsite inspections for workmanship, code compliance, and safety.
Investigate and resolve field conflicts or deficiencies.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of company tools, equipment, and vehicles.
Document safety incidents and corrective actions.
Develop and implement efficient field operation procedures.
Monitor productivity and identify areas for improvement.
Oversee the company vehicle fleet and maintenance.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for field support.
Maintain accurate records of field activities and personnel.
Qualifications
8 to 10 years of electrical construction experience.
3 to 5 years of leadership experience managing electrical crews or field operations.
High school diploma required; trade school or associate degree preferred.
Valid Colorado driver's license.
Strong knowledge of NEC, OSHA regulations, and blueprint reading.
Proficient in project management and construction software.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Physically able to work in field environments and lift up to 50 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation.
A Colorado Master Electrician license is preferred.
OSHA 30 certification.
Spanish proficiency is strongly preferred to support crew communications.
Experience with commercial, multifamily, and high-end residential projects.
Compensation & Benefits
Full-time position, W-2 employee role.
Salary:
$100,000 to $130,000 annually .
Performance Reviews: Annual, with potential salary adjustments.
Paid Time Off: PTO includes at least 48 hours of paid sick leave, in compliance with Colorado law.
1–2 week vacation annually in first year, 3 weeks after 2 years, 4 weeks after 5 years.
401(k) with company match.
Medical Insurance: Company pays the majority of employee premiums.
Life Insurance: $10,000 policy provided at no cost.
Paid Holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's.
