The Store Manager provides daily leadership to all positions within the store, including General Service Technicians, Technicians, Guest Care Specialists, and Assistant Store Manager. Reporting to the District Manager, the Store Manager leads day-to-day operations and teammates, including selecting, coaching, and developing staff. This role supports Monro’s vision to be America’s leading auto and tire service centers, trusted by guests as the best place in their neighborhoods for quality automotive service and tires by promoting products and services to guests. Responsibilities

Develop sales and technical teammates to deliver a consistent 5-star guest experience. Ensure sales goals are achieved through development and execution of sales plans and a thorough knowledge of services and products. Introduce tire and service products to guests to maximize sales and guest satisfaction. Support teammates by training and developing staff on shop operations and guest services. Provide direction and oversight to technicians and assist where needed with services/repairs. Ensure the store is effectively staffed by managing recruiting, hiring, training, scheduling, and performance development. Control expenses through payroll, store maintenance, supplies, and utilities. Manage inventory, including pulling tires and parts and stocking. Audit courtesy inspections performed by teammates. Maintain store cleanliness and guest-ready condition per Monro standards. Schedule guest appointments and assign teammates by skill level for timely service completion. Inform and recommend tire and service products and promotions to meet sales goals. Attend to guest needs in sales, service, complaints, and adjustments. Build guest relationships to maximize satisfaction, loyalty, and retention. Convey repair and service needs to guests clearly. Adhere to company policies, governmental standards, environment codes, and ANSI/OSHA standards; apply safety standards. Maintain technical knowledge through Monro University training. Operate and maintain equipment safely according to guidelines (lifts, welders, brake lathes, etc.). Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent. Demonstrated leadership experience in a retail/sales environment. Ability to manage, drive, and deliver financial results while controlling costs. Ability to influence and motivate a team to achieve goals. Problem solving, inventory management, merchandising, and customer service skills. Effective communication with teammates and guests. Completion of all Monro required training within provided guidelines. Current valid driver’s license and satisfactory MVR. Background checks as applicable; results considered with regard to the position. Profile Summary

Automotive shop environment with exposure to noise, weather, chemicals, and dust. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays; up to 45 hours per week. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods. Frequent reaching and bending. Benefits
