is seeking a seasoned Tool Maker to support the maintenance and fabrication of molds, punch dies, and auxiliary production tooling. This is a hands-on role involving both CNC and manual machining, with responsibility for coordinating outside processes and improving existing tool designs. Key Responsibilities: Program, set up, and run CNC machines (Haas Mini Mill) Operate manual equipment: lathe, 6x18 surface grinder Repair and build molds, dies, and production tools Perform minor weld repairs on molds (a plus) Coordinate external services (EDM, jig grinding, etc.) Purchase tools, supplies, and manage outsourced work Use Fusion 360 for programming and design (required) Qualifications: 5+ years of experience as a Tool Maker or Machinist CNC programming and manual machining experience required Familiarity with mold-making and injection molding basics Experience with Fusion 360 (or ability to switch from another CAD/CAM system) Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Why Join Auradonics?
