Operate and maintain additive manufacturing (3D printing) equipment, including SLA, SLS, MJF, FDM, and DLP technologies. Prepare machines for production, perform build startups, and manage material handling (vat swaps, powder refills, tip changes). Apply post-processing and finishing techniques to ensure high-quality parts. Read and interpret prints, specification sheets, and 3D files to complete parts per requirements. Track production progress and maintain accurate records using the ERP system. Perform cleaning, routine maintenance, and upkeep of machines, tools, and workstations. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment by following all safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to address production needs and resolve basic issues. What You’ll Bring
High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Model Making, Engineering, or related field preferred. 1+ years of experience in additive manufacturing or related technical field preferred. Basic knowledge of additive manufacturing technologies (SLA, SLS, MJF, FDM, DLP) and material properties. Familiarity with machine interfaces, print reading, and ISO 9001 / AS9100 standards. Proficiency with commonly used hand and power tools. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality parts. Ability to work effectively under pressure, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing production needs.
