Chapel Electric is looking for an Industrial Electrician with an ISA Instrumentation Certification. Responsibilities
Plan layout and installation of electrical wiring, equipment, or fixtures, based on job specifications and local codes. Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, or other components. Test electrical systems or continuity of circuits in wiring, equipment, or fixtures, using testing devices to ensure compatibility and safety of the system. Use a variety of tools or equipment, such as power construction equipment, measuring devices, power tools, and testing equipment. Repair and install electrical devices such as receptacles, light fixtures, light switches, lighting ballast, motors, etc. Assist in keeping building common and electrical spaces neat, orderly, and safe. Follow blueprints and specifications, and national and local codes; update as-built drawings as necessary per department policies. Attend Tool Box safety meetings and demonstrate safety competency in addition to topics such as harassment prevention and ethics. Obtain an OSHA 10 General Industry Safety and Health standards certification. Extended hours or weekend overtime may be available. Education and Qualifications
High School diploma or GED required. Previous electrical experience required. ISA Instrumentation Certification required. Valid Driver’s License. Language Skills
Must be able to effectively communicate in English, cooperate, and collaborate with multiple levels of customers and employees. Physical Requirements
