Position Summary The
Project Manager – Epoxy, Fluid Flooring Systems & Polished Concrete
is responsible for estimating, securing, and managing specialty flooring projects from bid through completion. This role requires the ability to build client relationships, deliver accurate estimates, control costs, and ensure flawless execution of projects with a focus on quality and safety.
Essential Functions
Develop and maintain customer relationships to generate new business.
Perform estimating for epoxy, fluid‑applied, and polished concrete projects.
Secure contracts through both competitive bids and negotiated opportunities.
Manage projects through completion with an emphasis on cost control and efficiency.
Oversee job budgets, expenses, and scheduling.
Evaluate opportunities and determine which jobs to pursue.
Ensure all administrative and reporting responsibilities are completed accurately.
Deliver outstanding customer satisfaction on every project.
Qualifications
College degree.
Knowledge of
epoxy, resinous flooring, fluid‑applied systems, and polished concrete
strongly.
Experience with construction estimating and project management.
Ability to lead and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong relationship‑building and client‑facing skills.
Initiative and drive to pursue new opportunities.
Must successfully pass a background check.
