Coalesce Management Consulting is partnering with a major renewable energy developer expanding its standalone Battery Energy Storage portfolio across the U.S. With multiple projects advancing in Arizona, we’re seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead field delivery and ensure projects are executed safely, on schedule, and to the highest standards. Location:
Arizona (site-based with regional travel) Responsibilities
Oversee on-site construction activities for large-scale BESS projects in Arizona. Coordinate EPC partners, subcontractors, and internal teams to drive progress and maintain quality. Enforce health, safety, and environmental compliance across all construction activities. Monitor budgets, schedules, and contract deliverables, escalating risks proactively. Conduct regular site visits and provide clear progress reporting to senior leadership. Experience & Background (Qualifications)
5+ years’ experience managing utility-scale renewable or power infrastructure projects. Proven ability to lead EPCs, contractors, and multi-discipline construction teams. Strong understanding of civil, electrical, and structural construction processes. Excellent stakeholder communication and issue-resolution skills. Engineering or technical background preferred; BESS or substation experience advantageous. About Coalesce Management Consulting
