Position Overview We are seeking a reliable individual for the
Structural/Bridge Fabricator
role. The position is based at our Wilton Campus and requires a Monday‑Friday shift (6:30 AM‑3:00 PM). The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience cutting and fabricating structural steel and bridge components according to specifications. Carpentry and/or electrical experience is a plus.

Required Qualifications
6–10 years of structural steel / bridge fabrication experience
Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings and blueprints
Experience operating fabrication equipment and hand tools
Welding certifications (AWS or equivalent) are an asset
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Availability to work overtime as necessary
Knowledge of industry safety standards and procedures
OSHA 10 certificate preferred (training provided if needed)
Must pass a pre‑hire drug screen (Drug‑Free Employer)
Responsibilities
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
Cut, fit, and weld steel components using FCAW, MIG, and Stick techniques
Fabricate structural steel components using various tools and machinery
Perform layout work and ensure accurate measurements and alignments
Inspect welds and fabricated components for quality and accuracy
Operate forklifts, cranes, and other equipment safely (where applicable)
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
Compensation & Benefits Hourly Range: $25.00 – $33.00 (may vary based on experience, education, certifications, and overtime). Competitive wage and excellent benefit package including company‑paid health, dental, and vision insurance, plus a company‑funded retirement plan.
