As a Field Service Technician you will be close to customers, servicing products to provide a great customer experience. You will report to the Service Manager. Diagnose and repair air compressors, air dryers (regenerative and refrigerated), auto drains, flow controllers, vacuum pumps, and blowers. Perform pressure washing where possible and clean the entire equipment pad including skids, coolers, concrete, tanks, etc. Communicate with customers and the Service Manager regarding all services performed and clearly present all options for needed repairs, upgrades, or other customer requirements. Completely fill out all work orders, start‑up forms, warranty forms, oil sample forms, and parts return slips. Train and assist other Service Technicians. Promote and practice proper safety procedures and correct use of personal and protective equipment. Set, install, and pipe compressor systems as needed. Participate in a rotating 24/7/365 on‑call pool with other Technicians as scheduled by the Service Manager. To succeed, you need
A valid driver’s license. 3+ years of experience as a technician. Expertise in mechanical, electrical, or electronic repair. Customer‑focused attitude and ownership of meeting customer needs. Basic tool set. In return, we offer you
