Supervise a group of equipment maintenance technicians responsible for equipment availability and performance. Perform preventative maintenance and repair on electro-mechanical, robotic, and pneumatic manufacturing equipment. Develop and maintain maintenance and calibration schedules for all tools, machinery, and equipment used in the manufacturing facility. Support engineering and manufacturing activities including 5S and Lean manufacturing, material handling improvements, production line configuration, and safety procedures. Manage workload with a positive, hands-on approach in a collaborative environment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and department leaders to address concerns affecting part quality, production efficiency, work cell ergonomics, and equipment maintenance. Demonstrate strong interpersonal, organizational, and management skills, with the ability to drive innovation and change. What You'll Do

Provide effective supervision, training and coaching to assigned maintenance employees to achieve required equipment uptime, quality repairs, and production goals. Ensure standard operating procedures and engineering procedures are current, accurate, and in compliance to maximize quality. Create and drive continuous improvement projects aligned with departmental goals. Provide clear shift-to-shift communications to align the team on goals for the maintenance department and shop. Work with employees to resolve technical and machine-related issues to ensure tool performance. Lead Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) assurance functions for your team, including safety training. Oversee equipment upgrades and refurbishment projects, coordinating effectively with vendor support. What You'll Bring

Degree in Management, Engineering or related disciplines, or equivalent experience (minimum 3 years in manufacturing maintenance and machine operations with progressive responsibility). Experience with high-speed manufacturing, bottling/food and beverage, and/or rotary equipment - continuous motion tools. 3+ years of industrial manufacturing supervisory or similar leadership experience. Strong preventive maintenance development experience; familiarity with reliability-centered maintenance principles preferred. Ability to manage multiple tasks with competing priorities and to establish and achieve goals. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; proficient in English (written and verbal). Essential Physical Demands

Ability to perform physically demanding work for extended periods, up to 12 hours a day. Stand and walk for up to 12 hours/day, on varied and uneven terrain. Lift, push and carry up to 50 lbs., including carrying 20 lbs. up and down stairs. Stoop, bend, reach, squat, kneel, crouch, twist, and crawl for extended periods (up to 12 hours/day). Climb and maintain balance on ladders or scaffolding. Identify issues in work processes and respond to safety signals using sight, touch, and hearing. Wear PPE (safety glasses, safety shoes, bump cap, PAPR) and follow safety guidelines. Benefits
